Seniors Passionate Care Services, LLC. is a home health agency with comprehensive home care solutions so elderly patients can receive the best care while aging with dignity, and while promoting Health. The agency was founded by a mother-daughter duo to provide private duty nursing, medical and non-medical support services in Broward county, Florida.
We believe that the patients who receive direct health care services lead to better outcome, as we promote their culture, values and beliefs.
Our nurses and caregivers are bilingual and trilingual ( English, Spanish, French, Haitian Creole and more).

Nurse Practitioner Director/Clinical Liaison Director
Claire graduated from South Plantation High School in South Florida. Completed her Bachelors in 2014 and her master’s with the concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University in 2019.
She is a proud, passionate Nurse with over 10 years’ experience. Her career started in Progressive care, expanding into the Trauma Unit, followed with Home health and outpatient care, leading her to Triage and then Labor and Delivery. She decided to open this Home Health care agency with her mother, so she can expand that safe, passionate care to the Geriatrics population. She is determined to use her background in care and treatment to provide the best and most natural care and comfort she can provide to her patients and give them all the attention they deserve.

OUR CAREGIVERS
Our caregivers are licensed, bonded and insured by state and federal laws. All of our caregivers receive orientation and instruction about the quality of service that we expect each caregiver to provide to our clients.

I’m a certified Home Health Aide with 15 years experience as a personal care attendant, caring for patients who are suffering with mental illness, dementia, and Alzheimer’s Disease. I ensure the safety of my patients and provide activities of daily living.
